Did you ever know apple? How pity you are...... (Just kidding). Of course you know apple. It's kind of fruit. We can find apple anywhere all over the world. Do you know what apple can do for our health?Apple is one of the healthiest fruit. Some of its benefit is as cholesterol controller, controlling glucose degree, and helping absorption. Even chewing an apple is the same as using a natural tooth brush.

It is better to consume apple as juice. A glass of apple juice (100 grams) contain 22 mg phosphor, 15 mg calcium, 15 mg iron, 250 mg potassium, 15 mg sodium, a little vitamin B complex, 2 mg vitamin C, and 20 I.U vitamin A.The benefit of apple juice is:
1. Decreasing cholesterol and blood pressure
2. Increasing High Density Lipoprotein (HDL)
3. Stabilizing glucose
4. Digestive acceleration
5. Reinforcing heart
6. Decreasing appetite
7. Reinforcing kidney
8. Obscuring cancer cell establishment

Apple contains soluble fiber: carotene and pectin. That’s the point. Pectin role to reduce bad cholesterol (low density lipoprotein/LDL) degree. While pectin also increase good cholesterol (high density lipoprotein/HDL) degree. Higher HDL prevent from the heart stroke. Pectin in apple juice as soon as it’s drunk immediately works to release cell from fat. It’s also beneficial to absorb surplus water in intestines, softening feces, to omit poison and exterminate germ inside intestines. Apple juice’s good to consume as arthritis remedy. An apple – medium size, contain 10 grams fiber. Human body needs 20 to 35 grams fiber a day.
